Firm Partner Melissa Schwaller to speak on IP at AUTM

DR. Schwaller will give her presentation at this years Annual AUTM meeting beginning February 18, 2018.  The Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM) is a nonprofit organization which has more than 3,300 members worldwide representing managers of intellectual property, universities, research institutions, as well as numerous business and government organizations from around the world.

Not only will Dr. Schwaller speak on “Intellectual Property Protection for Plants: Reaping the Benefits” , she will also moderate this particular session.  Ramey & Schwaller is an active member of AUTM, participating in several meetings each year.

Congratulations to MedPatent

Ramey & Schwaller wishes to congratulate its client Vinay Badhwar on issuance of European Patent Number 2563238 titled ‘AUTOMATIC SUTURING APPARATUS’.  The patent is an automatic suturing apparatus wherein triggers activate suturing and securing of the tissue of a patient.
