Congratulations to Texas A&M

The trademark is for the color(s) red, white, blue, and gray is/are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of the State of Texas outlined in blue and filled with red, white, and blue in the Texas flag orientation, including a gray left facing water faucet in the middle of the state outlined in blue showing a blue water drop coming from the spout with a centered white star within it, with the words “Texas Water Training Academy” centered to the right of the state outline, with the letters “TE” and “XAS” being blue and having a blue and white star in place of the “X” above a blue line, and the words “Water Training Academy” in gray and outlined in blue below that and above a second blue line.

Aimed at promoting the commercialization of emerging technology, the competition recognizes companies with high-growth potential and provides seed funding to help them effectively execute their ideas and advance product development….  The Texas A&M New Ventures Competition is open to all Texas-based companies seeking to bring a new or enhanced technology to the marketplace. Participant companies must be technology- or science-focused independent ventures in the pre-seed/seed, start-up or early growth stages.”
