Litigation Attorney
Ramey LLP is an intellectual property law firm with a thriving litigation practice. We are looking for a litigation attorney with 5 years of litigation experience. This is a fun, very active position with immediate exposure to all aspects of patent litigation.
Duties would include drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, legal research, handling cases from cradle to grave.
The following are some of the responsibilities:
-Draft case specific documents for court filing
-Develop and manage discovery plan
-Fact and Expert depositions
-Court hearings
-Trial work
The ideal candidate will be self-driven and can operate with minimal guidance.
